  • In case of a pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order after notifying you.

5. Orders and Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Your order is accepted only when:

  • Full payment is received (except for COD orders), and

  • We confirm the order via message or email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or incomplete information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Deliveries are available only within the UAE.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product availability.

  • We partner with reliable courier and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.

  • Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, holidays, customs, etc.) are beyond our control.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Please note:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

  • Cash on Delivery refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Gift and Joy reserves the right to reject refund or replacement claims that do not meet our return policy criteria.
