1. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
For prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

2. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video proof.
Return Conditions:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back using the provided return address.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Share photos or videos of the received product and packaging.
